How to Order a Sewer Certification

A Sewer Certification is required by the Whitemarsh Township Authority for all property closings and refinances. To obtain a Sewer Certification, please send a request, along with a check made payable to Whitemarsh Township Authority, in the amount of $35.00, to P.O. Box 447, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444.  You can also email your request to:  BILLING [at] WHITEMARSHAUTHORITY.ORG and mail the check.  You need to include the following:

  1. SELLER/BUYER INFORMATION (if available) 
  2. TMP (Tax Map Parcel)
  3. PROPERTY ADDRESS
  4. CLOSING DATE and where you would like the Certification mailed, emailed or faxed to
